Many compressed air users require clean and dry compressed air. Particle, residual oil content and humidity determine the quality of the compressed air.

The laser particle counter P312 counts all particles (oil, dust, deposits) in compressed air and gases with sizes of 0.3 μm and 0.5 μm continuously 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, safely and reliably.

With a sensitivity of 0.3 μm, P312 can fulfill the requirements stipulated in the compressed air standard ISO 8573-4. The displayed measurement values represent the particle counts per m3 and are updated every minute.

In order to have a permanent monitoring and early indication of the particle counts 2 Alarms can be freely programmed with optical indication and / or activation of 2 relay outputs. This laser particle counter can monitor itself and indicate a service request through a LED.
